• Not publicly share AI-generated output without verification
• Review all generated resume content before submitting or sending it

Service Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or limit accounts for abuse, fraud, or harmful activity
• Modify or discontinue services or features at any time
• Update these terms as necessary (with notice)

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your resume data and content. We do not claim any rights to your personal content or uploaded information.

Our Intellectual Property

Separate from your ownership of your own resume data above, the "NihonResume" name and logo are trademarks of 株式会社ジャスウィル (Jaswill, Inc.), and the design, layout, text, graphics, and software of this website are owned by 株式会社ジャスウィル and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, imitate, or create derivative works from any part of the service or its content without our prior written permission.

AI Output Disclaimer

Our platform uses third-party AI providers to assist in content creation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness.

Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

• NihonResume offers a free plan and a paid Plus subscription (¥1,480/month or ¥500/week), plus optional one-time credit packs. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and access continues until the end of the current period.
• You can request a refund within 14 days of any purchase from your account settings, and our team reviews each request. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Full details are set out in our 特定商取引法に基づく表記 (Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure).

No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Use at your own discretion.

Privacy & Sharing

All resume data is private by default. If public profile or sharing features are added in the future, users must opt-in.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
