Payment Timing
・Subscription (Plus): the first payment is charged when you sign up, and after that you are charged automatically on each renewal date (every week for the weekly plan, every month for the monthly plan).
・Credit packs: paid in full at the time of purchase.
Service Delivery
Available immediately after payment is completed (subscriptions are activated immediately, credits are granted immediately).
Returns / Cancellation / Refunds
・A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the settings screen. After cancellation, it remains valid until the end of the current billing period.
・Within 14日以内 (14 days) of purchase, you can request a refund from the settings screen. Our team reviews the request and emails you the result, normally within 1営業日以内 (1 business day).
・Credit packs are valid for 180日間 (180 days) from purchase. Given the nature of digital services, credits that have already been used are, as a rule, not eligible for a refund.
