Why We Collect It

We use this information to:

• Help you create and customize resumes
• Provide AI-based suggestions
• Improve the overall experience of our service

How We Store It

• Your account details and resumes are stored in a database hosted in Japan.
• We protect your information with standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.
• To run the service we rely on a small number of trusted providers, listed under “Sharing” below; we never sell your data.

Data Deletion

• If you delete your account, all of your data is immediately removed from our system

Sharing

• Your resumes are private by default and are never shown to other users.
• To operate the service, we share data with trusted third-party providers acting on our behalf, including AI service providers (to convert and generate resume content, including the resume text you give us, such as your name and contact details), payment processors, product analytics and session replay providers, error monitoring providers, and transactional email providers.
• Some of these providers, such as our analytics, process data outside Japan, including in the United States.
• Our AI providers do not use your content to train their models, and we do not sell your data.
• If we add public or sharing features in the future, you will need to opt in first.

Chrome Extension

• Our Chrome extension can extract form field information (labels, types, placeholders) from web pages you visit when you activate the autofill feature
• Your resume data is sent to our server for AI-powered form filling — it is processed in real-time and not stored beyond the request
• The extension only activates when you explicitly click the autofill button — it does not passively collect data
• Form field data is used solely to match your resume information to the correct fields — it is not stored or shared

Cookies & Analytics

We use third-party service providers for product analytics, session replay, and error monitoring. Session replays are configured to mask form inputs and page text by default. During limited product evaluation, only selected static interface labels may remain visible so we can understand navigation and feature use; user-provided resume, chat, and account content is not selected for visibility. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data, and we respect the browser “Do Not Track” signal. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
